tasting note

The land, the sun, and the soil. And the wind too. They saw her born and grow far from here. Subtle, delicate, and sensitive, Pinot Noir has traveled from the regions of Burgundy and Champagne to our beloved land, the Penedès.

The effort to adapt has been great, reaching its maximum expression in a cava that is ambitious and is a legacy to the future. That is what makes it unique.

And so, from the shyness of its light pink color, this cava explodes into a manifesta- tion of spring flavors, inviting to close the eyes and dream of flowering raspberry, cherry, and strawberry fields.

In the mouth, prudently docile and gentle, it is like a sparkle of the fine silk and the softness of velvet.

With its acid freshness and its graceful demeanor of balanced youth, Cava Brut Rosé Reserva is the ideal guest to the best pleasures.

production area

This land has a very special value for the winery. It is where Pinot Noir,

the prelude to cava rosé, has been planted. It is a very fertile soil,

located in a privileged place that receives more rainfall than the

surrounding territory. If we add to this peculiarity the fact that it is

placed so as to be protected from the eastern winds, we find ourselves

in one of the few areas where Pinot Noir can grow.

climate

An exceptionally dry winter and spring, with some rain in late August

and early September, led to a scarcer but healthier harvest, with

well-formed and high-quality grapes.

harvest

Night harvest has allowed taking advantage of the mild weather.

Macerated for 8 hours at low temperature and subsequently trans-

ferred by gravity, the flower wort (tear rosé) has been fermented,

between 16-18oC, in stainless steel tanks to be finally clarified by decan-

tation.
